专利说明:

The invention relates to an additional device for forming compartments in a vehicle load compartment, wherein the load compartment has longitudinal sides parallel to the longitudinal axis of the load compartment and - one or more banks transverse to the longitudinal axis of the load compartment and having vertical columns at its ends , wherein the accessory has an attachment arrangement for attaching the accessory to the bank, and the accessory has a first position and a second position, and the first position is a storage position and the second position is a sorting position in which at least one compartment is formed in the load compartment. The invention further relates to a forest machine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION When felling a forest and felling trees, felled trunks are usually lifted into the load compartment of a forest machine, after which the load is driven along a road or similar passage to a collection point where it can be transferred to a truck and taken for further processing. Cargo space is limited by banks. The bank is an approximately U- or V-shaped structure transverse to the load compartment and the vehicle, which holds the wood products in the load compartment. The longitudinal sides of the load compartment, i.e. the sides parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, are defined and at the same time delimited by the vertical vertical posts at the ends of the bank. In general, in the middle of the substructure of forest machines - banks, i.e. in the part between the vertical posts, there is a downwardly curving part which forms a recess in the load compartment, i.e. the bottom of the load compartment is higher on its edges. In felling operations, different types of wood are often felled and different types of wood products are created from trees of different sizes. If these are mixed o in the load compartment, they will have to be sorted before being transferred to a truck or other> 25 transport, as usually only one & type of wood product is transported in one load. In any case, wood products imported from the terrain must be sorted at their place of collection. This significantly slows down the handling of the timber brought to the collection point by the forestry machine and the dismantling of the load compartment. Ao so To facilitate the handling of mixed loads in the load compartment of the forest machine, various separation structures have been connected to the bank S 30 - to divide the load compartment into different compartments. Such 2 separating structures can be, for example, welded to the finished bank structures. N However, this complicates the handling of timber if one type of timber is to be transported, in which case the separation structures reduce the bank's transport capacity.
There are applications in which the separating structures are pivotable relative to the bank frame so that in their inverted position they do not substantially reduce the load space and in their second position provide separate compartments for different types of timber. Such is the case in FI10275. Shown here is a bank with integrated support pins adapted to be pivoted parallel to a part of the bank body transverse to the load compartment when the possibility of sorting in the load compartment is not required. However, this requires drilling holes in the transverse part of the bank body on both sides of the central part of the bank. This can weaken the structure. Patent publication F1126560 discloses a clamp-like structure which can be opened for use, i.e. the opened clamp part receives one type of timber, whereby another type of timber can be placed elsewhere in the load space. However, the clamp structure is quite complex and has structures that can become clogged with bark or other debris, for example, and thus impair the operation of the clamp structure. In addition, the clamp structure is formed so that the point of attachment of the clamp structure can only be in the curved part of the substructure of the bank, i.e. it is impossible or at least very difficult to use in a load compartment whose bank substructure is completely straight. In addition, the clamp structure is such that it can only be used when the load compartment is empty.
SUMMARY It is an object of the invention to provide a solution which can significantly reduce the disadvantages and drawbacks associated with the prior art. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a solution which is easy to use and substantially speeds up the collection of wood and the sorting of different types of wood products already in the field. The objects according to the invention are achieved by an accessory which is characterized by what is stated in the independent claim. Some preferred embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims. E The invention has an accessory for adding a compartment or compartments to the load space of a vehicle. The load compartment has longitudinal sides and one or more banks which are transverse to the longitudinal axis of the load compartment and have vertical posts at the ends of the bank. The accessory 2 has a mounting arrangement, an elongate support part and a separating post. The mounting arrangement and the separation post are attached to the ends of the support member. The attachment part attaches the attachment to the vertical post. When attached, the attachment can be placed in a first position in which the support part is parallel to the longitudinal side of the load compartment and in a second position,
wherein the support member is parallel to the bank body and the separation post forms a compartment in the load compartment. When the text refers to the upper or lower or similar directions, a situation is described in which the accessory according to the invention is in its normal operating position.
An accessory device according to an embodiment of the invention is for forming compartments in a load compartment of a vehicle, wherein the load compartment has longitudinal sides parallel to the longitudinal axis of the load compartment and one or more banks transverse to the longitudinal axis of the load compartment. The accessory has an attachment arrangement for attaching the accessory to the bank, and the accessory has a first position and a second position, and the first position is a storage position and the second position is a sorting position in which at least one compartment is formed in the load compartment. Different types of timber can be collected in this compartment than in other holds. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the accessory further has an elongate support part and a separation post. The support member has a first end of the support member and a second end of the support member, and the fastening arrangement is at the first end of the support member and the separation post is at the second end of the support member. The fastening arrangement has an opening for a vertical post, the opening being configured to pierce the fastening arrangement, and the fastening arrangement is configured so that when the vertical post is inserted through said opening, the separation post is in or near the vertical position. The support member has an alignment groove which is in the support member on the opposite side to the separation post, and the support member is configured so that in the second position part of the bank body is in the alignment groove and in the first position the support member is parallel to the longitudinal side of the load compartment. In one embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the fastening arrangement and the> 25 - separation post are fixedly attached to the support part during use of the accessory, i.e. in this case the N fastening arrangement, the separation post and the support part are not movable relative to each other. This feature guarantees a simple and durable construction that is also inexpensive and easy to manufacture. E In another embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the upper surface of the support part DO 30 - i.e. the surface on the separator post side curves upwards near the separator post S in the middle of the support part. This feature increases the area to which the separator post is attached, and thus the connection of the separator post and at the same time the whole structure is stronger and more durable. At the same time, an accessory is applied to a larger area of the stress forces.
In a third embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, at least a part of the support part is in a transverse position with respect to the separation post. When the setting groove in the support part is configured in the second position to be at least partially in a substantially horizontal part close to the support post of the substructure of the bank, the separation post settles in a vertical position, which facilitates the use of the compartmented load space.
In a fourth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the support part has two side plates: a first side plate and a second side plate, and the setting groove is between the side plates. This feature facilitates the formation of a mounting groove in the support part. In a fifth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the upper surface of the support part is at least partially open between the first side plate and the second side plate. This feature makes it possible to reduce the weight of the accessory without compromising its durability. In addition, if the part in the installation groove of the bank substructure is slightly curved or otherwise shaped, this feature allows the substructure to be positioned more closely in the setting groove, since part of the substructure can fit in this open part.
In a sixth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the first end of the support part curves upwards. This feature facilitates the setting of the accessory in place, i.e. the setting of the fastening arrangement on the vertical post. This can be further improved in a seventh embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, wherein the first end of the support part and the fastening arrangement are configured so that the lower surface of the fastening arrangement is higher than the lower surface of the support part in the middle of the support part.
In an eighth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the lower part of the fastening arrangement has a shape different from the cross-section of the vertical post, and the base of the vertical post has a shape in which the lower part S of the fastening post is configured to fit at least the first position and the second position. the design at the root I interlock. By locking here is meant that the auxiliary device cannot be turned by keeping the vertical post as the center of rotation, i.e. 3 moves the support part at least between the first position and the second position. In a ninth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the design at the bottom of the fastening system is polygonal. In a tenth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the design at the bottom of the fastening arrangement is square. In an eleventh embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the fastening arrangement is configured so that the accessory is movable between the first position and the second position by raising the accessory so that the design at the bottom of the fastening arrangement is separate from the design at the base of the upright. between said positions.
In a twelfth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the accessory is configured so that the accessory has a third position in which the accessory is turned opposite to the second position, i.e. the support part and the separation post are outside the load space defined by the uprights. This feature makes it possible to widen the load space, if necessary, by forming a compartment outside the area bounded by the vertical posts of the bank. In a thirteenth embodiment of the accessory according to the invention, the accessory is configured so that in the first position the other end of the support part can be towards or away from the bow of the vehicle. This feature allows the attachment to be placed where the vehicle or load compartment structures would interfere with the use or installation of the attachment. In one embodiment of the invention, the vehicle is a forestry machine. Forestry machine means a vehicle which is intended at least for collecting and transporting timber from the terrain, in particular near a timber landfill, to a place where the timber is collected for centralized transport. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the load compartment of the forest machine has at least two of the accessories described above. An advantage of the invention is that it provides an accessory with which separate compartments for different wood products are provided in the load compartment. The accessory is durable because it has no> 25 - no joints or other moving parts. The invention also makes it possible to increase the size of the load compartment if necessary. > The invention is also easy and safe to use and does not require modifications to the vehicle or load compartment structures. In addition, it saves space and is easily LO accessible for use. The invention is also easily dimensioned for vehicles of different sizes as well as for transported goods. The invention also has the advantage that it can be used in different types of banking structures.
A further advantage of the invention is that it can be used even if there is cargo in the load compartment. In addition, the preparation of the product according to the invention is advantageous.

N © 20 - The embodiments in the following description are only exemplary and 2 a person skilled in the art can also implement the basic idea of the invention in some other way than described in the description. Although reference may be made in the description to one LO embodiment or embodiments in several places, this does not mean that the reference is to only one of the described embodiments or that the described feature is useful in only one of the described embodiments. The two of you
The individual features of one or more embodiments may be combined to provide new embodiments of the invention.
Figure 1 shows a vehicle 101 with a towing part 102 and a trailer 103. The length of the trailer is greater than its width and it has a load compartment 104 arranged to receive timber. The vehicle in the example is a forestry machine. —The invention can be used in the load compartments of other vehicles, but it is particularly suitable for forestry machines and for collecting and sorting timber in the field. The trailer, and the same cargo space, has a longitudinal axle. The trailer has banks 105 with a beam-like frame transverse to the longitudinal axis of the trailer. There is a vertical post 106 at each end of the bank. The vertical posts are on the longitudinal sides of the trailer and a load space is formed between them. In the example in the picture, there are five vertical posts on one side of the trailer. To divide the load compartment 104 into compartments or to separate the compartment from the load compartment into the trailer of the vehicle 101, two accessories according to one embodiment are arranged: a first accessory 100a and a second accessory 100b. The accessory has - a fastening arrangement 107, a support part 108 and a separating post 109. The accessory is fastened by a fastening arrangement to a vertical post 106. The accessory can be set to at least the first position and the second position by turning the accessory In the first position, the support part is parallel to the longitudinal side of the load compartment - on the edge of the load compartment, i.e. the accessory or its parts are then not in the load compartment or at least to a significant extent. In the second position, the support part is parallel to the body 105 of the bank 105, i.e. transverse to the longitudinal axis of the trailer and so that the support part is in the load space. In this case, the separator post of the attachment is in the load compartment. If the first accessory 100a and the second accessory 100b are in the second position, their separating posts form a compartment in the load compartment bounded by separating posts on the load compartment side and vertical posts on the side of the load compartment. There are then two areas in the load compartment: said compartment and the load compartment from which the compartment in question is delimited. These <Q areas can be loaded with different types of timber and cannot mix.
0 I In the example of Fig. 1, the first accessory 100a and the second accessory 100b are in the en- + 30 —first position. It should be noted that in the first position the accessory can be positioned so that the end of the support part 108 where the separating post 109 is can point either towards the traction part 102 of the vehicle 101 or towards the rear end of the trailer 103. > In the illustration, the first attachment is towards the traction part and the second attachment is away from the traction part. Elongated timber is transported in the trailer of a forestry machine, and in order to form a compartment in which the placed timber does not mix with the timber of the other load compartment 104, at least two additional accessories are generally required which are on the same side of the load compartment. Since the attachment arrangement 107 of the accessory 100 is on the side of the trailer 103, the accessory is easy to reach to handle and can be done in field conditions and even manually. Figure 2a shows a bank 205 with a beam-like bank substructure 212, i.e. a frame and vertical posts 206 at its ends. The center of the bank is lower than its other parts, forming a recess, i.e. the edge part of the bank where the vertical posts are, is higher than the center. The edge portions of the body are almost horizontal until - the body bends so that the edges of the recess are almost vertical. The bottom of the recess is flat again. The bank is attached to the body of the vehicle trailer at least from the bottom of the recess. The uprights and the substructure of the bank define a load space 204 adapted to receive timber. At the base of the upright, at the end of the substructure of the bank, there is a design of the root of the upright 219. This design may be a ready-made structure of the bank or trailer, or it may have been retrofitted. This vertical column root design differs from the vertical column cross section. In order to divide the load space 204, additional parts 200 according to an embodiment are provided in the bank 205, of which there are at least two in this example. The figure shows the first accessory 200a and the second accessory 200b. Of course, there may be several accessories. The accessory has a mounting arrangement 207, a support member 208, and a separation post 209. The support member has a first end 210 of the support member and a second end of the support member.
211. The fastening arrangement is at the first end of the support member and the separation post is at the second end of the support member. The support member is an elongate structure and is substantially perpendicular to or close to a position perpendicular to the separation post. The accessory> 25 is therefore roughly L-shaped. The parts of the accessory are fixedly attached to each other N, or at least in such a way that they cannot be moved relative to each other during use of the accessory S. _ The fastening arrangement 207 has an opening through it, into which the vertical post 206 is = adaptable so that the vertical post passes through the fastening arrangement and when the accessory DO 30 200 is in use, the fastening part is at or in the immediate vicinity of the vertical post. The support part 208 is in the plane of the side part of the bank body when the accessory is used, i.e. the first end 210 of the support part is like the fastening part at the base of the vertical post or in its immediate vicinity. The support part has an upper surface, i.e. the surface which faces upwards when the accessory is in use and in place. The top surface is also in the same direction as the separation post extends.
The lower surface is the opposite surface to the upper surface.
In the example of Figure 2, the first accessory 200a and the second accessory 200b are in the second position, i.e. the support parts 208 are parallel to and partially on the edge parts of the substructure 212 of the bank 205.
The support member has a notched alignment groove (not shown) on the lower surface of the support member extending from the first end 210 of the support member 210 to the second end 211. The alignment groove is shaped so that in the second position part of the bank body is in the alignment groove.
Since in many cases the body of the bank is beam-shaped, i.e. its cross-section is rectangular-shaped, the cross-section of the setting groove is also rectangular-shaped.
Irrespective of the cross-section of the bank body, it is essential that said part of the body fits into the setting groove and supports the accessory in its second position.
This increases the stability of the attachment when it forms a compartment in the load compartment.
Preferably, the support members are shaped so as to rest over the entire length of the bank body.
In the example shown in the figure, the support part extends to the edge of the recess of the bank body.
In the example of Figure 2, the first accessory 200a and the second accessory 200b form a first compartment 213a and a second compartment 213b in the load space 204.
In this way, three areas have been added to the load compartment, where three different types can be sorted - timber.
The mounting arrangement 207 or the setting groove or both of the support member 208 are shaped so that the vertical post base design 219 fits one or both at least when the accessory 200 is in the first position, i.e., the accessory storage position.
The accessory can be lifted along the upright 206 so that the mounting arrangement or setting groove disengages from the shape of the upright root.
The opening of the fastening arrangement 207 N is shaped so that by raising the attachment sufficiently, the attachment can be rotated so that the vertical post is the center of the rotational movement.
In this case, the attachment can o be switched between the first position and the second position.
The attachment is designed so that in both positions the attachment remains in place and does not rotate.
Since the first position is an accessory for storage, i.e. in standby mode 3, it is not subjected to as much stress as in the second position 5.
In this case, the fastening of the first position does not have to be as strong as 2 in the second position.
In some embodiments, a pin arrangement or other locking arrangement may be used in the first position to prevent the accessory - from being inadvertently detached from the first position, for example, if the trailer is subjected to severe vibration.
Figure 2b shows the arrangement of Figure 2a in use. The first accessory 200a and the second accessory 200b form a first compartment 213a and a second compartment 213b in the load space 204. Part of the cargo space remains between the formed compartments. One type of timber is placed in each compartment, so they are not mixed. Larger hulls should be collected in the middle for cargo balance, unless there are only a few of these hulls. Figure 3a shows a bank 305 with a beam-like bank substructure 312, i.e. a frame and vertical posts 306 at its ends. A first accessory 300a and a second accessory 300b according to a third embodiment are attached to the bank. The accessory has a mounting arrangement 307, a support member 308 and a separation post 309. The support member has a first end 310 of the support member and a second end 311 of the support member. The mounting arrangement is at the first end of the support member and the separation post is at the other end of the support member. The accessory is otherwise configured in the same way as the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, but now the accessory can be placed in a third position, in which the support part is placed on the opposite side of the vertical column from the second position illustrated in Fig. 2. In this case, the accessory forms a compartment outside the original load compartment 304, and thus the size of the load compartment increases. The accessory locks in place in the third position in the same manner as the setting in the first position described in the example of Fig. 2 or the like. Since the support part does not rest on the bank frame in the third position as in the second position shown in Fig. 2, it is not as firmly in place. In this case, it is not advisable to place too much weight on the compartment provided in the third position in order to avoid excessive stresses on the structures. The balance of the trailer can also become too sensitive.
- Figure 3b shows the arrangement according to Figure 3a in use. The first accessory = 300a and the second accessory 300b form a first> compartment 313a and a second compartment 313b in the load space 304. The original load space is left between the formed compartments. This arrangement provides additional space for a small piece of timber or one that is collected very little. Larger hulls can be placed in the original E 30 load compartment. This also avoids that if all the timber were placed in a mixed load compartment, the smaller trees would brown or otherwise be damaged between the heavier trunks. In addition, this embodiment 2 enables an arrangement in which, for example, additional parts 300 are alternately placed in the second position and in the third position on the vertical posts N 306 of successive banks.
Thus, by alternating different positions of the attachment in different banks, it is possible to provide compartments both outside and inside the original load compartment.
This would make it possible to create five separate areas in the extended load space, each of which can receive different types of timber. This would be very useful in an area where several different tree species are collected, which can still be of different sizes. Figure 4 shows an accessory 400 according to a fourth embodiment. The accessory is viewed from above. The accessory has a mounting arrangement 407, a support portion 408, and a separation post 409. The support portion 408 has a first end 410 of the support portion, a second end 411 of the support portion, an opening 415 of the support portion, and a first side plate 416, a second side plate, and a setting groove.
419. The fastening arrangement is at the first end of the support member and the separation post is at the second end of the support member. In this embodiment, the support part is formed of said two side plates so that the side plates are on the sides of the support part so that when the support part is in its operating position, the long narrow sides of the side plates are up and down, and the setting groove is between these side plates. The end pages of the side plates are - at or near the ends of the support section. The placement of the side plates in the support part is made so that the part of the bank frame fits into the setting groove. In order to reduce the weight of the accessory and to reduce the stress forces, the upper surface of the support part between the side plates can be partially open, i.e. the upper surface of the support part has an opening of the support part in the setting groove. The accessory may also be shaped so that the bank body part in the setting groove can be partially - in the opening of the support part so that the upper surface of the bank body part can be higher in some directions above the top surface of the support part when the accessory is in another position. The side plates may also have stiffening members 420 to reduce lateral deflection of the side plates in the first and third positions, whereby the bank body is not supporting the accessory. > 25 - The fastening arrangement 407 at the first end 410 of the support member 408 is positioned N so that the bottom of the fastening arrangement comes to the surface of the bank body. In this case, the bottom of the fastening O arrangement is approximately at the level of the upper surface of the support part. The side plates o of the support part curve upwards at the first end of the support part to connect the fastening arrangement I to the support part. Similarly, at the other end 411 of the support member, the side plates curve upward. This provides an additional area for attaching the separation post 409 to the support member. 3 The separation post is configured so that the bottom part of the separation post is at the level of the upper surface of the bank body 5 when the accessory 400 is in the second position. In this way, the bank frame> supports the separation post. In some embodiments, the base of the separation post may have an extension, such as a plate, that distributes the strain forces generated during use of the accessory more widely.
The mounting arrangement 407 has an opening 414 of the mounting arrangement. The longitudinal axis of the opening is parallel to the separation post 409. In this case, when the fastening arrangement is placed so that the vertical post is in the opening of the fastening arrangement, the separating post is parallel to the vertical post. Figure 5 is an oblique view of the accessory 400 shown in Figure 4. The first side plate 416 and the second side plate of the support portion 408 form an alignment groove therebetween
419. The setting groove is open at both ends of the support part, and the setting groove is adapted to receive a part of the bank body. The fastening arrangement 407 is at the first end 410 of the support part and the separating post 409 is at the second end 411 of the support part. - The bottom of the fastening arrangement has a lower part design 418. The lower part of the fastening arrangement is designed and locked. At the base of the upright there is a design to which the design of the lower part of the fastening arrangement can be adapted. This shaping of the root of the vertical column can receive the shaping of the lower part of the fastening arrangement in many different positions. Preferably, the shapes are made so that this takes place in the first and second positions. In some embodiments, the accessory and said designs are arranged so that a third position is also possible. In these cases, the design at the bottom of the fastening arrangement is a regular polygon. One alternative to said design is a square. Preferably, the upper edges of the support part are rounded so that the timber to be placed in the compartment to be formed by the accessory does not unnecessarily knock against sharp corners. This feature also helps to improve safety when working with an accessory. Some preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above. The invention is not limited to the solutions just described, but the inventive idea can be applied - in numerous ways within the limits set by the claims. oO O OF
